TRUST CENTER

Clear controls for connected
calendars and conversations.

Slotta uses calendar and communication data only to deliver the scheduling experience a business and its customers expect. These principles apply across the services Slotta connects.

Connected calendars

Calendar access begins only after an authorized user connects an account. Slotta uses the minimum access needed to check availability and manage booking events.

Wanted communications

Booking messages require a clear customer request or consent. The sender is identified, preferences are respected, and customers can stop future messages.

Consent and control

Consent is specific to the business and type of communication. Connection, opt-out, access, and deletion controls remain available.

Protected credentials

Slotta never asks for the password to a connected account. Authorization tokens are protected and access is limited to the service.

Limited data use

Connected data supports scheduling and requested communications. It is not sold or used for targeted advertising.

Access and deletion

Users can request access, correction, disconnection, or deletion, subject to necessary legal, security, and operational retention.

COMMUNICATION STANDARDS

Expected, identifiable, and easy to stop.

Before a message is sent

The customer is told which business is communicating, what messages they are agreeing to receive, and how their mobile information will be used. Consent records are retained where required.

During a conversation

Messages identify the business, stay relevant to the requested booking or approved purpose, and provide clear help or human support paths. Approved message formats are used where a channel requires them.

When a customer says stop

Opt-out requests are honored across supported channels. Text recipients can reply STOP to unsubscribe and HELP for assistance. Mobile numbers and messaging consent are never sold or shared for third-party marketing.

FUTURE VOICE FEATURES

Disclosure comes before any automated voice interaction.

If voice features are introduced, customers will be told that they are interacting with an automated assistant and whether a conversation is recorded or shared with service providers. Any required consent will be collected before the interaction begins, with a clear path to human help.
