Slotta is a scheduling service that helps businesses manage availability, appointments, staff, services, and shared resources. This policy explains the information we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide to set up and operate Slotta, including your name, email address, phone number, business details, location, hours, staff or resource information, services, and booking preferences. We also process appointment details supplied by businesses and their customers.
Connected calendar data
If you connect a Google or Microsoft calendar, Slotta receives protected authorization credentials and the calendar information you approve. We use that access to identify selected calendars, check availability, and create, update, or delete Slotta-managed appointment events.
Slotta does not sell connected calendar data or use it for advertising. Slotta's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

Messaging and mobile information
When you ask to receive booking messages, we process your phone number, message content, delivery status, appointment context, consent record, and communication preferences to send and respond to those messages. Consent is collected for the identified business and the stated message purpose.
Mobile information, text-message opt-in data, and consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may use service providers to deliver requested communications under instructions that limit their use of the information.
You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure Slotta, calculate availability, create or change bookings, communicate about appointments, provide support, diagnose service issues, and improve reliability.
Storage, security, and retention
Slotta uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. Google OAuth credentials are encrypted at rest. We retain information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legitimate legal, security, and operational needs.
Automated assistance and future voice features
Slotta may use automated systems to respond to scheduling requests. If voice features are offered, users will be told before the interaction that they are speaking with an automated assistant and whether the conversation is recorded or shared with service providers. Consent will be requested where required.
Your choices and deletion requests
You can revoke connected calendar access through your Google or Microsoft account at any time. You can opt out of supported messaging channels and request access, correction, disconnection, or deletion by emailing support@slotta.ai.
