How Slotta uses connected calendar data

Effective September 20, 2026

When an authorized user connects a Google or Microsoft calendar, Slotta uses the approved access only to provide scheduling features. The connection can be revoked at any time.

Check availability

Read the calendars selected by the user and the busy times needed to avoid conflicts. Slotta does not use calendar data for advertising.

Manage Slotta bookings

Create, update, and remove appointment events produced through Slotta, including the time and booking details needed for the event.

Keep the connection working

Store protected authorization tokens so the approved calendar connection can continue without asking for the user's password.

Let the user choose

Users select the calendars used for scheduling and can disconnect the account or revoke access through the connected provider.

Limited use and sharing

Slotta limits connected calendar data to the scheduling features users can see and request. We do not sell this data, use it for targeted advertising, or transfer it except to provide or secure the service, comply with law, or with the user's direction and consent.

Slotta's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

Disconnect or request deletion

You can revoke a Google or Microsoft connection through the connected account's security settings. You may also ask Slotta to disconnect a calendar or delete associated data by emailing support@slotta.ai.
