Terms of Service
Effective September 20, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Slotta. If you use Slotta for a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to act for it.
The service
Slotta provides tools for scheduling, availability, calendar coordination, appointment communications, and related business workflows. Features may change as the service develops.
Your account and responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for your services, hours, booking policies, connected calendars, staff access, and customer communications.
Connected services
When you connect a calendar or communication service, you authorize Slotta to interact with it for the scheduling functions you select. You can revoke a connection, but affected Slotta features may stop working.
Booking messages
Businesses must send communications only to recipients who requested them or provided any consent required by law and channel rules. Messages must accurately identify the business, stay within the agreed purpose, and honor opt-out requests. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients may reply STOP to text messages to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse Slotta, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, infringe the rights of others, or use the service in violation of applicable law.
Availability
We work to keep Slotta reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, Slotta is provided as available without warranties not expressly stated here.
